We've been on your side of the table.

Our experience doesn’t just inform our advice. It transforms it.

Most consultants study municipalities from the outside. Our team has lived the mandates. Sat in council chambers, managed contentious public consultations, led urban planning processes under pressure and made the hard calls when alignment was far from guaranteed.

When we say we understand your constraints, we mean it. We’ve rolled up our sleeved before and we’re not afraid to dig in again. You’ll feel that difference from our first conversation.
